UdaSiap ("the Application") is a smart utility designed to help you store and deliver important personal data and documents instantly. 1. Local-Only Storage (Privacy by Design)

UdaSiap is designed from the ground up to be an Offline-First tool. All data you enter (text, ID numbers, photos, PDFs, and notes) is stored exclusively in your device's local database and secure internal storage.

• No data is uploaded to cloud servers.
• We have no access to your documents or text entries.
• Your data remains under your physical control at all times.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used solely for the internal functionality of the app: helping you organize, retrieve, and share information via other third-party communication apps (such as WhatsApp, Email, or Telegram) upon your explicit action. The application does not analyze your data for advertising or tracking purposes.

3. Data Security

Since your information is stored locally, the security of your data depends on your device's security. We strongly recommend:

• Using a secure lock screen (PIN, Pattern, or Biometrics) on your device.
• Being cautious when sharing data with other third-party applications.

4. Permissions Required

To provide its core services, UdaSiap requires the following permissions:

• Camera: Used to capture photos of documents/IDs for storage.
• Storage / Media: Required to import existing images or PDF files from your gallery and to save generated documents.

No other sensitive permissions are requested. You can manage these permissions at any time via your device settings.

5. Third-Party Services

UdaSiap does not use any third-party analytics (like Firebase Analytics), advertising networks (like AdMob), or user tracking services. We do not track how you use the application.

6. Children's Privacy

Because UdaSiap does not collect or transmit any personal information, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13.

7. Compliance

We comply with global privacy standards, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (USA), and UU PDP (Indonesia), by ensuring that no personal data is ever collected or processed outside of your personal device.
